We are 6 plants at different locations in Jaipur. We have separate plants for manufacturing Electrolytic copper powder, Atomised copper powder, Oxidation reduction copper powder, Copper alloy powders, Zinc powder, Tin powder , Bismuth powder and Copper , Brass , Bronze fibers, Steel wool.

Total Land area of about 12000 sq m with big industrial shed is available. Further space for expansion is also available.

Apart from this, we have an efficient technical staff which is well trained and experience. They are engaged in maintenance of our machinery & equipment regularly. We regularly upgrade our manufacturing unit to meet the challenges of the industry.

Our machinery includes Rectifiers, Electrolysis cells, Centrifuses, Driers, Sieving machines, Pulverisors, Blenders with different capacities fro 50 kg to 3000 kg., Compressor, Induction furnaces, Atomisation chambers, High pressure pumps, Wire shaving machines, crushers, machine tools.

Metallic fibers produced by us acts at the surface of a friction material composite in the formation of load carrying plateaus and provide wear enhancement, as well as increase in the real contact area, Copper containing Fibers provide excellent wear resistance while maintaining the friction level at elevated temperatures, reduction in disc wear , better thermal conductivity, Being fiber these increases structural reinforcement, sharp edges keeps brake disc clean, copper acts as lubricant at elevated temperatures.

We have fully functional waste water treatment facility and dust collection system for compliance of state pollution board requirements.

We have various types of packing available alongwith vacuum packing facility. We can offer different grades of material in different colored packing for easy identification at customer's warehouse.

We have set-up a advanced equipments for studies and analysis of new grades required by our customers. Our team of engineers work on developing new grades for specific requimrnts of our customers.

Study on Changing market requirements, industry standards, and current technological advancements is caried out by our experts. This practice enables us in the continuous up gradation of our existing product range and developing new products.

We have following in house facilities for testing, quallity control and development of exisiting and new requirements.

We keep reserve samples for 3 years of the dispatched batches inorder to study them again on customer's feedback.
