Quality is our top priority. In order to meet our principles of quality management, a quality assurance system according to ISO9001:2015 is introduced in our company. Our certification partner is TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd. Our quality system is continiously improved as per international standards and kept up to date.

To achieve our quality management policy quality targets are set annually amd reviewed for compliance by the management.

We also participate in Kaizen and quality competitions, seminars conducted by customers. We have been awarded best kaizen, Ontime delivery, Best quality supplier award from our customers

Quality is one of the important aspects on which we lay a great emphasis. We have a team of experienced and qualified quality controllers, Certified Internal auditors, Chemists, Metallurgists who are regularly involved in conforming all quality standards in our complete manufacturing process.

Our process of quality control begins from the early stage of raw material procurement after chemical analysis of it. The complete manufacturing process is monitored, controlled and dually checked by our quality controllers. Our quality controllers perform a thorough quality check on the basis of well-defined quality procedures as per international standards and procedures.

We have XRF from SHIMATZU, Tyler sieve shaker, Shimatzu Moisture balance, Matlier Chemical balance, Steriozoom microscope with camera and software among other equipments for testing odf raw material and finshed products.

Further we also get regular tests done at external NABL accreded laboratories for raw material and finished products.

We also conduct audits of our suppliers for ensuring consistent quality of supplied material.

We also get our employe's tarined by external agencies by enrolling them for seminars on 5S, ISO, TQM etc, in addition of internal training programs run regularly in our company on various subjects related to quality, TQM, products requirements, Inscpection procedures, maintanence, 5S, Saftey.

We also attain traing program conducted by our customers, and regular visits are made by top managements to customers so that we can understand their requirements and application of their products for better understanding of what customer wants.

Further reqular upgradation of laboratory facilities and manufacturing facilities are done for continiual improvement of our product quality and cost competitiveness.

Our workforce is also encouraged to come up with new ideas and suggetions by kaizens, incentives/ rewards are given to them for the same.

Packing standards for different grades of material are finalised with customers and are strictly followed for delivery of product in good condition to customer's warehouse without any damage.
